| Hi! I am always
interested in purchasing what I call Fantastic material. Fantastic material includes
Science Fiction, Fantasy, Horror, Hero related items to name a few. I am also interested
in many items just because they are old. Vintage paperbacks from all genre's from the 1940's
and 1950's fall into this category. To be a bit more specific, I am interested in pulp magazines from the 1890's to the early 1960's, some later digest magazines, most paperback books from the 1930's, 1940's, and 1950's, and many more recent first edition paperbacks. Don't be afraid to contact me if everything in your collection does not match my wants. If you have enough stuff I need to satisfy my collecting bug, I will usually make an offer for your entire collection. I don't collect comic books for example, but if you have some mixed in with your collection, I have friends who collect who would gladly take them off my hands.

What am I not interested in? I don't generally collect comic books and related material.
Star Wars and most Star Trek is too recent to be of great interest to me. Not interested
in pornography. Recent financial problems (namely two children in college at the same time)
have curtailed my interest in collecting most hardcover books. But if you have a few as part
of your collection, I will make an offer on them as part of the whole collection.
Bookclub editions of hardcover books are wonderful inexpensive ways to read stuff you like,
but there is little collector interest in these. Generally, I cannot pay what it costs to ship
bookclub editions. If in doubt, contact me anyway. |
I can best be contacted by email. Send a complete list, or a sample of what you have, and I will contact you if there is some interest. Be sure to provide the following information:
Speaking of travelling, if your collection is large enough, I will travel to see it and make an offer. I will still need a full or partial listing to determine interest level. I often travel on vacation, or to view other collections. If I happen to be in your area, I might be able to stop by even if your collection is not large.
Thanks!
